Nick Dutt

Nick is an extremely versatile, results-driven achiever with extensive international experience, delivering strategic development activities across multiple industry sectors. Demonstrable success in managing diverse, multi-functional, multi-cultural teams to create a cohesive and collaborative focus, delivering projects to shape and drive organisational growth and revenue. Strong stakeholder engagement coupled with commercial acumen to champion innovative ways of working and improve performance across people, processes and technology. Nick worked as Head of Operations for Emirates Loto. Prior to this he worked in various roles and international locations for Aimia, including as COO of Air Miles Middle East, launching the program in the UAE. He is currently based in the UK.

Mark currently is the Head of Loyalty & Partnerships at Tycheros. Until recently he was Deputy CEO at Emirates Loto. He previously served as the CEO of Air Miles Middle East and COO of AIMIA Middle East and North Africa where he leveraged the largest consumer database in MENA to a 12-fold AEBITDA growth in 4 years.
James Becker

James has over 26 years' experience in delivering technology driven solutions, digital development and new technologies. He has broad experience in information technology, digital development, and new technologies, James has extensive knowledge of secure cloud solutions and architecture design. He has an excellent understanding of secure programming, implementing cloud environments, creative development and emerging technologies with the ability to deliver high-availability projects from conception to completion across all digital and traditional channels. James headed up the IT department for Emirates Loto and prior to this worked as head of digital for an international venue development and business management company with a portfolio of international and regional convention centers, entertainment destinations, hotels and business towers.
